Studio Morro ships to any address of your choice. Wherever you are, we make sure your order gets there safely.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Our orders are usually delivered within 4 working days, provided the item is in stock.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

How do I return my order?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply email us at olivier@studiomorro.be.
Then, return the item(s) within 14 days to: Studio Morro, Steenveldstraat 24, 8820 Torhout

How should I pack my return?

Use the original packaging
Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition.
Products that are used, damaged or incomplete will not be refunded.
We recommend keeping proof of return in case of issues during transport.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s), using the same payment method as your original order.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We’re very sorry if something arrives damaged.
Please email olivier@studiomorro.be and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement.
